What we’re looking for:

We’re a Google Ads dedicated agency so we’re looking for a business development person who has a solid understanding of Google Ads. Many of our inbound leads will have campaign-specific questions and the best way to build trust with them in a short period of time is being able to talk the talk.

Obviously we aren’t expecting you to run Google Ads campaigns. However, we want you to have a deep enough understanding to speak to strategy, performance, approach, etc. You’ll start by listening to our current sales conversations so you can get a sense as to how we approach them and what our general narrative is.

We average around 30 warm leads every month. Outside of those, you’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline. That means we need someone who knows how to prospect, isn’t afraid to cold call, and understands that the vast majority of sales are made in the follow-up.

This is soft-touch, consultative selling. We don’t want to talk anyone into something they may not want or need. Instead, we want to find organizations that can truly benefit from our services and then position ourselves to be a long-term value provider.


Salary & growth opportunities:

We are offering a solid base salary in addition to commissions. The commission structure is generous and features recurring commissions without limits or caps. The sales goals are very reasonable and include long-term payouts. A salesperson who meets our minimum sales goals will be a 6-figure income earner.

The long-term vision is to build an entire sales team. The ideal scenario would be for the person we hire for this role to help build the model that we hire into and then build, coach, and manage that sales team.


Make sure you’re comfortable with:

  • Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.
  • All roles are contract based (1099).
  • All job offers start with a 60-day trial to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other.

In some cases, these people wouldn’t know the difference which makes it even more important.
