This company is a wholesale agriculture platform that offers manufacturer direct pricing, real time inventory, and the largest product catalog in the industry. With over 10,000 products in 60+ categories, and 30,000+ customers, they were able to scale and skyrocket their sales as soon as they began working with Posirank in February 2021. But it wasn’t always like that.

The Challenge

Before hiring Posirank, this client’s campaigns had already been unsuccessfully managed by a different agency. Google kept blacklisting and shutting down their campaigns due to problems with taxes, shipping, and other factors in their Google Merchant Center. Their account was plagued with many issues–the only options were to either sink or survive.

The Solution

First, we spent the bulk of our time speaking with the support team of Google, Avalara, and Shopify. We made sure that everything that’s outside our area of control was taken care of.

Next, we cleaned up their Google dashboard and removed all the irrelevant search campaigns that came with the account. This helped us narrow down and focus on only the things that really mattered–restructuring the shopping campaigns and making a whole lot of optimizations.

The Results
