“I believe digital marketing is relationship building. We need to build those relationships online the exact same way that you build those relationships in person. In person, you don’t run up to somebody and say, ‘Listen to me, I have something I want to sell you’ … Instead, it needs to start with giving, empathizing, and caring about whom it is that you’re speaking to.”
