What was your main challenge before starting?

Around 3-4 years ago, we were having great results with another successful PPC agency. They did a lot to build our campaigns but we were spending about $100k with them–not enough ad spend.

Because of that, we had to transition to another company who could manage our campaigns better. We switched to Wordstream.

At first, we had a little bit of success. But things started to become shaky again, and then the pandemic hit. We ended up putting our campaigns on hold. Fortunately, this was the time I met Kasim and discovered Solutions 8.

Our main problem was we needed somebody to manage our accounts. Someone who knows what they’re doing, boots on the ground, and takes the basework in place.

We wanted to have better visibility, better results, and be able to recalibrate budgets as related to forecasts and amount of interest.

What was your experience getting started with Solutions 8?

It was easy for me to make a transition to Solutions 8 because of the perceived expertise I saw in them. The fact that I was in the T&C space and Kasim was one of the key speakers–I had no concerns moving to a new vendor.

What was the onboarding process like?

I’m not a control-freak business owner and certainly not a micro-manager. But knowing that the process was moving along, and getting weekly updates and check-ins from one of their client managers–Leandra–made me comfortable and it was all I needed. Having the process laid out beforehand and done for me made a lot of things easier. I didn’t have any concerns at all because expectations were set and most importantly, all my questions were answered.

Would you recommend Solutions 8 to anyone else?

I highly recommend Solutions 8 for their expertise–these guys know what they’re doing. They helped us get the results that we want.
