The Challenge
Before hiring Solutions 8, this client’s campaigns had already been unsuccessfully managed by a different agency. Google kept blacklisting and shutting down its campaigns due to problems with taxes, shipping, and other factors in their Google Merchant Center. Their account was plagued with many issues–the only options were to either sink or survive.
The Solution
First, we spent the bulk of our time speaking with the support team of Google, Avalara, and Shopify. We made sure that everything that was outside our area of control was taken care of.
Next, we cleaned up their Google dashboard and removed all the irrelevant search campaigns that came with the account. This helped us narrow down and focus on only the things that really mattered–restructuring the shopping campaigns and making a whole lot of optimizations.
The Results
From a sinking campaign, we’ve significantly improved its performance and received an astounding 16,503% ROAS! We spent $12,604 and made $2,080,189.02 in just 30 days. The company did not only manage to survive, but they were also able to turn the tide in their business–and they’re still scaling.
