You should know this about our ambitious LATAM (Latin American) Manager/Account Manager Dean Largaespada. He might be young but don’t let that fool you. He has confidence in his abilities and this kid is going places!
There’s a humble sincerity in Dean, too, which can only mean he’ll go that extra mile. He’s likable and driven and it all starts with this: You can be so much more than people expect of you. It doesn’t matter where you come from, anything is possible if you believe in yourself and your skills.
It is inspiring and motivational for his teammates at Solutions 8 to work alongside him. At every turn, he demonstrates an uplifting and positive attitude that is somehow contagious.
Finding A Place At Solutions 8
How was Solutions 8 fortunate enough to bring Dean on board? We have Founder and CEO Kasim Aslam to thank for that stroke of luck.
“I started working at Solutions 8 thanks to a YouTube Ad when Kasim said he was looking for Google Ads personnel.”
And it just so happened that Dean had all the right credentials. He’s constantly searching for ways to improve himself and that’s exactly what we’re looking for in our crew.
Cut Out For The Job
“One personality trait that makes me particularly effective in my role is my strong sense of curiosity. I have a natural inclination to seek out new information, learn new skills, and explore innovative solutions to challenges.”
To keep his productivity up and running, Dean believes that an early morning is the best way to get started. By moving his body, whether on a quick walk or going to the gym, he is guaranteed to have enough energy to push through the workday. A cup of coffee and playing his favorite music is another fail-safe method to stay on top of things.
As Account Manager and LATAM Manager, Dean is in charge of overseeing the lead and client acquisition and management for the Central and South American accounts.
He also keeps himself busy by managing a portfolio of clients in the U.S. end-to-end, from onboarding through to continuous improvement. It is his genuine interest in the well-being of his clients’ businesses that Dean finds is the best part of the job.
“I get to learn a lot about my clients’ operations and how to use digital marketing to help them achieve their goals. The best part is seeing my clients win and being a part of that process. It’s a very fulfilling experience.”
Smooth Sailing Under Any Conditions
As with all dream jobs, there is the occasional downside but our LATAM manager takes it all in his stride. Dealing with market conditions that affect the results of his Google Ads campaigns, Dean admits, is something that is beyond his control.
But seeing he is a go-getter, he simply reminds himself to be patient.
He’s a philosopher too, saying not everything always goes our way.
“If you stay positive, work hard, and put your trust in God, things will turn out better than expected.”
It’s this kind of optimism that Solutions 8 finds inspiring, and despite his youth, no one is surprised at his wise words. Perhaps his parents had something to do with his balanced approach to life and wisdom.

Let’s Go To Nicaragua
His wonderful close-knit family lives in Nicaragua. If you are lucky enough to visit his hometown, Dean insists we try fritanga when there.
This is fried food at its finest and it’s not difficult to find. Just follow your nose. You can expect to eat fresh foods heaped on your plate and served with rice and beans, pickled cabbage salad, and a tasty pickled onion salsa!
One of Dean’s favorite childhood memories is going to a hamburger restaurant called ‘hamburlocas’ with his family. He says it just felt like home.
Dean’s family is primarily Dean’s mom, sister, and niece. When they are together, they love spending weekends traveling to small, cute towns and talking about personal growth as well.
Hearing Dean is fond of personal growth, it makes a whole lot of sense that he would choose Tony Robbins to come on his imaginary podcast as a guest speaker.
“I admire how he built an empire from nothing and helped millions of people along the way!”
Expanding Horizons
It would appear Dean is on a constant search to learn and grow. The different experiences he has had in his life offer us a glimpse into his very long and promising future.
One of these experiences includes a visit to the neighboring country of Guatemala. He found a deep connection with Antigua Guatemala when he traveled there. He would go so far as to call it the best place he’s ever visited.
“I loved that place,” says Dean, “the colors, the food, the people. Everything was just amazing.”
Are there any sports he would like to try out?
“MMA because while I don’t like fighting, I want to learn it for personal defense.”
The longer we have Dean on the Solutions 8 team, the more we see his temerity and determination. Nothing is too big for our LATAM manager!
