There’s A New Podcast And Ayush Vats Is Its Host

Our Google Ads Specialist has a winning idea for a podcast and I for one will be sure to sign up.

The premise is interviewing time travelers who have just missed significant historical events by a few seconds. Possible podcast names are It Never Happened, Did I Leave the Iron On?, and It Wasn’t Me

Catchy? You betcha!

Imagine finding Julius Caesar in a pool of blood and all the senators whistling innocently while studying Roman papyrus. Or arriving in Hiroshima in the aftermath of the atomic bomb?

Podcast guests would have a lot of explaining to do, and their point of view of well-known documented events would add a touch of curiosity to what we consider fact.

The questions would be in the style of Monty Python and the podcast would undoubtedly gain wide recognition and a cult following.

Is The Host As Creative As His Imagination?

Yes, he is! He is very creative and he lets his imagination run wild! If Ayush had the chance to give his younger self some advice, it would be “Adulting is a myth. Embrace the chaos!” That already gives us an idea of how our Google Ads Specialist approaches life. Life is chaos. And Ayush has every intention of enjoying that chaos!

There are certain personality traits that Ayush has that make him particularly good at his job. Having high self-expectations is one of them. And that is backed up by one of his many champions at Solutions 8. A colleague describes him as a quick learner who is dedicated to his job. He is known to be a good team player who motivates others.

His exceptional knowledge of Google Ads means our clients and his Solutions 8 colleagues are in very good hands. Ayush remains humble when it comes to describing personal characteristics that help him on the work front.

“While I may perform well, I often have doubts, which serve as a driving force, compelling me to persistently seek learning opportunities and never settle for complacency.”

Boundless Energy

To keep him energized at work, Ayush uses some tried and tested techniques to stay on top of everything, including the chaos that reigns supreme in the universe. A good nap often does the trick, followed by coffee. Keeping his phone out of arm’s reach is another key aspect that helps him to focus on his work. He suggests putting any phones in the next room so there’s no temptation at all.

We’re certain that anyone who practices the art of MMA (mixed martial arts) already has a ton of energy up their sleeve. And it’s not for the faint-hearted. As a full-contact combat sport, there has to be some raw courage in our Google Ads Specialist to resist its physical challenges.

Between MMA and boxing sessions, it sounds as though Ayush likes to work on his physical health as much as his professional and personal goals, too. Pushing his body to the limit is a great way to develop mental stamina.

It’s All Part of the Adventure

He’s an outgoing person who loves traveling and has single-handedly planned his next trip. His traveling partners are lucky because Ayush has organized everything from hotel bookings and destinations to arranging guides for various places. He has done it all.

It’s not the first time Ayush has stepped up to plan travel itineraries. Thanks to him, two of his colleagues have had the good fortune to take part in two trips this year. Perhaps there’s an alternative career in his future? Being a travel agent would be right up his alley.

His calm and kind nature makes him very popular among team members at Solutions 8. If anyone ever messages him, he’s always there to help. His messages make people laugh, too.

He is a good gamer, often spending his free time playing PC games with friends.

“He is a pro,” says a gaming friend. He was ten years old when he got his first Xbox, and it looks like his obsession with video games has stayed with him into adult life. Could that be the reason he believes adulting is a myth?

While it would appear Ayush is brilliant at almost everything, one colleague reveals he is a very slow driver.

“Like a snail on the road. And he doesn’t know how to ride a bike.”

I’m sure Ayush would argue he is a cautious driver! And besides Onkar, who needs a bike when you’ve got a car?

The Solutions 8 Starting Point

“My journey with Solutions 8 began unexpectedly. While following their YouTube channel, I stumbled upon a job posting on LinkedIn. Surprisingly, I ended up doing well in the interview and securing a position.”

It was quite a surprise to join the Solutions 8 team and we couldn’t be more delighted to have our Google Ads Specialist on board. Truth be told, we don’t know what we’d do without him.

As a Google Ads Specialist, Ayush’s job involves optimizing Google Ads Accounts, strategizing, and using data analysis to identify growth opportunities for our clients.

The best part of his job is the remote setup. This is often cited by colleagues as the winning ticket. There’s a certain freedom from micromanagement. In addition, he works with a fantastic team and the opportunity his role provides for continual self-improvement through upskilling is all Ayush needs to cite this as the best job in the world.

Home Truths

Certain values come directly from his parents which Ayush still appreciates today, namely that both good times and bad times are temporary.

“They emphasized the significance of cherishing moments of joy and success while being resilient during tough times.”

This is a truly valuable lesson that we should all remember to cherish in our lives. When it comes to family and the idea of home, Ayush returns to a place called Manali which is nestled in the Himalayas. He says it is where his heart finds peace.

“While there, I recommend you to try thukpa.” This hearty noodle soup, flavored with aromatic spices and loaded with veggies or meat, warms you up amidst the chilly mountain air. “It’s a comforting delight that captures the essence of the region’s flavors,” says Ayush.

As an intrepid traveler of India, it comes as no surprise that our Google Ads Specialist has explored some of the most gorgeous places in his beloved home country. His favorite part (so far) is Sissu, in Himachal Pradesh. The town is found on the right bank of the Chandra River and has a beautiful view of a waterfall and adjacent lake.

I liked Sissu because of its serene beauty, stunning landscapes, and authentic local vibe. I also liked it because it has a non-commercialized atmosphere, making it more peaceful.”

The Sissu Waterfall

It’s a very popular tourist attraction. Who knows when we’ll have the chance to visit it? Thanks for the recommendations of both food and magical destinations!

Unique Sense of Humor

Ayush in Sissu

We thought we’d finish this blog with a classic Ayush wisecrack, which demonstrates his wacky sense of humor that is much appreciated here in the office. The question is simple enough: Has a film ever changed your life? Which one and how?

And of course, our hilarious colleague chose a highbrow film: The Hangover!

“It changed my life—I now double-check hotel rooms for tigers before considering a good night’s sleep.”

As it turns out, his hotel living room doesn’t hide wild animals, just a misplaced remote control!
